We understand you may be a little cautious when purchasing furniture online, so we offer 3 cast iron guarantees to ensure your complete peace of mind, as well as a few extras, of course.

Guarantee 1: Full 1 Year Comprehensive Warranty

Each of our Brand New Chesterfields comes complete with a full 1 year guarantee. This means, if anything goes wrong, for any reason, we will repair, or replace. We're not saying it's likely to happen, and to date, it very rarely does, but if you notice something wrong then simply contact us and we will put it right.

Guarantee 2: 3 Year Extended Warranty

Each of our Brand New Chesterfields is completed with a 3 year extended warranty, against coverings, sewing and buttons. So in the very unlikely event a cushion seam falls apart a couple of years down the road, then we'll fix it for you. It really is that simple. When you spend all your days restoring, preparing and building Chesterfield furniture, these little things may seem big to you, but to us, it's all in a days work.

Guarantee 3: 10 Year Extended Warranty

Our frames are made with Beech. And they are put together, how you would expect them to be. They're solid wood for a start, 100% solid beech, which is glued, screwed, dowelled and reinforced at all the major stress points. We only use certain manufacturers for our frames, because we know inferior wood, and sloppy construction will not make a lasting product. A Chesterfield, from Chesterfield Heritage is likely to be the only Chesterfield you will ever buy.
